Shipping Policy

WHERE WE SHIP TO

SHIPPING FEES

To Singapore:

Shipping is free for all orders above SGD$49. Orders below SGD$49 are subject to a flat shipping fee of SGD$5.

Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days from the date of order placed.

Delivery is doorstep and does not require a signature. Delivery attempts will be made up to 2 times with no additional charge. Upon the 2nd failed attempt, the parcel will be sent back to us. A re-delivery rate of SGD$5 will be charged for each re-delivery of returned parcel thereafter.

 

For Singapore Customers, please note the No-Delivery Zones by government policy, We don't deliver to P.O. boxes, army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore because your delivery requires a signature upon receipt. Gotta make sure your parcel only lands in the right hands!If you are not sure if your address is under the zone,please contact us before you place an order or check Below:

 

To all other locations:

Shipping is free for orders above SGD$150-250, depending on your location: 

  • Malaysia, Indonesia: SGD$10 (Free shipping above SGD$150)

  • Hong Kong ,Macao, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines : SGD$15 (Free shipping above SGD$200)

  • Japan, Korea, Vietnam: SGD$20 (Free shipping above SGD$200)

  • New Zealand, Australia: SGD$30 (Free shipping above SGD$225)

  • Rest of the world: SGD$40 (Free shipping above SGD$350)

Delivery typically takes 7-21 days from the date of order placed.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP

If not indicated,  All of orders are shipped out from singapore , All orders are processed and shipped in 2 - 3 business days. Order placed during weekends, special promotions and holidays may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Please allow 1 -2 extra days for order processing. You can expect to receive your parcel within 5 - 7 business days from the date of order placed for most of the Asian locations. (Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed.)

WHERE IS MY ORDER

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. You can track your items here  24 hours a day OR to email service@esseactive.com, including your order number and courier number.

*Please note, international shipping services do vary from country to country. To find out the exact services that are available, please put in your full address at check out.

*Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. We are required by international law to disclose the full value of all shipping contents.  For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

1. Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to. 
2. When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. 
3. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at service@esseactive.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping.
